"Not only did Rich and his son Jared do a great job but Rich was very helpful with his knowledge of the area and recommendations such as things to do and places to eat, in addition to referring a great contractor name Pete Capelli who also has and continues to do great work for us at very reasonable prices. They are all great and I plan on continuing to use they're services and I would also recommend them to anyone."

"\Owner came to look at job and crew came two days later. Owner noticed that repair was needed where one gutter was separated from house.  Company called two days later to say crew was coming.  Litter was removed from all gutters and put into garbage bags, not dumped on ground as some services do.  Corner of one gutter repaired well.  Fast and professional service. Slightly more expensive than prior service but worth it.

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

The disadvantages of sandblasting are noise, mess, and risk. Sandblasters are louder than chainsaws and spread debris on the ground and through the air. Let your neighbors know that you're sandblasting so they can prepare. Sandblasting can damage your property if not done properly, so thoroughly vet any pros you talk to before hiring.

Because these two systems have different applications, there is no definitive answer to which is better. When working with sturdy materials, sandblasting is cheaper and faster, but more delicate projects require soda blasting. Before choosing either option, consider your specific needs, particularly your ultimate goal (cleaning, removing rust, prepping for painting, etc.), the material, and your budget.

You can concrete can be done when it’s wet or dry. However, it’s safer when wet, as harmful dust and chemicals are present. Sanding it when dry is faster, but you’ll agitate more dust and chemicals, meaning you’ll need to be more careful.

If you’re DIYing the project, it could take up to a week if you aren’t able to dedicate full-time hours. If you hire a professional and they arrive with a team, expect your stairs to be sanded in as little as 2 hours (for simple projects). Finishing the stairs takes a while longer as there are drying and sealing times to consider, but the actual work will take much less time than the sanding portion.

Sandblasting is a common method for removing paint. It works great if the underlying material is tough. This is because you can then use more abrasive sandblast materials, making the paint removal process much faster and less expensive. If you plan on removing many layers of paint on smooth surfaces, you’ll need to be more careful about which materials you choose to use to sandblast.
