"I purchased their RO system. I like it very much, but the water tastes slightly different than expected. I'd say a little metallic, but perhaps I don't know what good water should taste like. Also, I wasn't aware that 2 cups of water are wasted for every cup of filtered RO water. This isn't a big issue since I'd be purchasing RO water in wasteful containers elsewhere and schlepping it home. Overall though, I'm very happy with the system and would highly recommend Gordon Brothers. A little pricier than other systems, but it's clear the product is superior to others. And since installation is included, I didn't have to pay separately for a plumber or hassle with having a quartz counter installer come out to drill a hole for the faucet. Their installer really knew what he was doing and was very polite and professional."

Not only did he fix this immediately, he replaced her shower head, gave her a gas line in to her stove so that she can convert it from electric to gas, fixed something on the water heater, and I think he did some other things as well.
