I would NOT hire Sisko Waterproofing again nor recommend them to anyone!!! We are so upset. Everything was fine with sump pump installation until we had some flooding in our basement due to piping issues. When we reached out to Mike Sisko for help, calling many times and texting, begging for some help before we had more water damage, we were ignored and then told we would get a call back and never heard anything. It could ve been an easy fix for them but instead we were totally disregarded Forced to figure out on our own. Obviously this company does not stand behind their work. Other companies offer a lifetime warranty. Apparently Mike and company are only concerned about the sale and not about the quality of their product or backing up their work. We are so upset that we were treated like this.

We hired Mike to install an interior drain and to shore up a slightly bowed wall. Before hiring Sisko Waterproofing we interviewed 4 other companies. Between the 5 quotes we had 4 different recommendations to solve our issues. Fortunately, our son is a civil engineer. His review of the various quotes concluded that Mike had the most reasonable solution given the issue, the slope of our grounds and the property/type of soil in our yard. Mike, Courtney and the rest of the crew were professional, hard workers, on time and the clean up was fantastic, and the price was reasonable. Thanks Mike for your quality service.

Mike s crew showed up on time, was totally professional, worked clean and didn t mess around. They were friendly and willing to answer any questions I had and show me what they were doing. They worked with me to design the job to fit what I wanted regarding placement of the sump pump and drainage outlet, rather than just insisting it had to go where they wanted to put it. Also there was an open question as to whether our gas stove hearth needed to be removed, so they priced the job with the hearth removal separate. After we decided that the hearth did not need to be fully removed, they adjusted the price downward to reflect the reduced labor. While their cost was a bit higher than what Homeadvisor says the average should be, their work was first rate and I d have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I found Sisko Waterproofing through Home Advisor and their reviews were right on, an excellent company from beginning to end. The work crew was on time, protected our personal property with plastic, and did an excellent job repairing our water seepage problem. The crew was fast and neat in the work they did. As promised, the job was completed in one day relieving us of a heavy burden trying to keep us with the water seepage. I would recommend Sisko Waterproofing to anyone considering a water proofing company. My thanks go out to the entire staff of Sisko Waterproofing and Foundation for a job well done.

The work completed was satisfactory. However, after it was completed we STILL had water leaking into our basement. Turns out, they misdiagnosed the water issue. The water leaking into our basement was coming from a pipe that could be fixed with a $5 sealant. Instead, we paid $4400 for French drains. Yes, there was some evidence of water in a few foundation bricks (turns out it was four) and eventually we may have needed French drains. However, we clearly paid for something we did not need at this time. Once we let Mike know about the problem and we were unhappy, the communication slowed and then completely stopped from Mike. It's been three weeks since he said he will look at his calendar and come out. We are very disappointed and regret using Sisko Waterproofing.

That being said, you had two different things going on at your house, water intrusion from the foundation which we fixed, which you said you were very happy with that because of us. Water coming from your water meter is the other thing you had, which you needed a plumber for. We always go above and beyond for our customer but we can not fix a water meter. You also agreed that on the phone. I'm sorry you're upset but you hired us to fix your water issues from the foundation which we did. Every hole we drilled into your block water came out."

Very professional. Good crew of hard workers. Job completed in one day. Minimal dust considering the work performed. Crew cleaned up after themselves. I wish they would have shown me that the interior French drain and dump pump worked before leaving the job site.

He will go to great lengths to make sure that you are happy with the final result of his company's work. And no, I'm not his brother-in-law, I am a very perfectionistic radiologist who never met him before he did this work for me.

Quoted two days for the project but stayed until 8pm and finished in one (he did not rush to complete, the team stayed late to see the job to completion). Very approachable and not sales-y. Clearly explained the work that would be done and kept us updated throughout the project. It's good to see that people still take pride in their work. Feel 100% confident in the work that was completed in my home. Will highly recommend and will consider for future projects within his scope of work.

From the very beginning, Sisko waterproofing was fantastic! Mike made it out to our home quickly for a free inspection and estimate. Within 2 weeks, Mike and his crew were back to perform the work. They completed our project on a Saturday to accommodate our work schedule. Not only did they give up a Saturday to complete our job, they were exceptionally professional, polite, and knowledgeable. In a single day, Mike and his crew were able to install an internal french drain system with sump dump to fix a basement water problem. What was most impressive was their attention to detail, particularly in respecting the cleanliness of our home and making sure that everything was returned to its original condition. I would highly recommend these guys for any waterproofing or foundation work and I will most definitely use them again if the need arises.

I am so glad I found Sisko Water Proofing company through HomeAdvisor who installed an inside fence drain system. They are a top notch company and I am so glad I chose them. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough. The work was done in time frame stated and the area was cleaned very well. The best part was the price- no sticker shock! Also, cannot omit workers Matt and Chris, along with the owner Michael, they are the cream of the crop. I highly recommend.
