It's a family-owned business but they have several crews dedicated to each of their services, so the furnace crew put in our new furnace quickly and professionally. "I won a Small Claims judgment for the return of my $1200 deposit to Piccoli for a pressure tank job which I immediately canceled, but never received the return of the deposit. There was no dispute that I canceled this job immediately. After a month and a half and 2 letters written to Piccirilli Plumbing I haven’t yet received the return of my $1200. I had contracted Piccirilli for a job to replace my Pressure tank. After giving a $1200 deposit, I Immediately researched the price for the job and found estimates much less. I called the office immediately and canceled the job, This was not in dispute. Now I have to spend even more time and effort to collect the debt that was awarded me in Small Claims court."

"I called because my kitchen sink was stopped up. The woman i spoke with said there was a specual on secondary drain clearimg. Cost was 189.00 plus tax, and was guaranteed. From the time the tech arrived he started talking about a chemical i would need before he even opened the doors to the sink. Also he began telling me that my dawn dishsoap was the worst thing i could be putting down my drain because once it breaks down it turns to animal fat mind you he is continually reassuring me i needed the chemicql only for an additional 242.00 ,still hasn't looked under the sink. Long story shortened my kitchen sink is still inoperable Auchinachie took my 204.12 and gave ne 20ft of snake which did absolutely nothing. I am going to B.B.B. and my Attorney general. Just look at all of the negative reviews on this company. They are bad business. I am a disabled widow. Shame "
