Five stars, phenomenal customer service, very kind, very responsive! On Christmas eve, 2020 our house sustained major water damage. We called Fire Water Pros on a recommendation. Early on Christmas day, the owner of the company, Chris Dailey, showed up ready to help us. They have been wonderful to work with - from the onset Chris made us feel comfortable and taken care of. His communication was excellent throughout, he really helped us navigate all aspects of the clean up - insurance, mitigation, and rebuild. Throughout the entire process, Chris made sure to explain all the steps involved, and was available whenever a question came up. The customer service provided by Fire Water Pros is the best we’ve ever received, helping us in a very stressful situation. We are now living back in our beautiful home, and are really grateful for the excellent service that Fire Water Pros provided us. We highly recommend their services.

Chris and his team were amazing. They were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I needed their services after my kitchen sink decided to start leaking, flooding my kitchen and soaking my cabinets. Chris and his team came out immediately after I called them and began working right away. They got all the standing water removed and set a bunch of equipment up to start drying everything. Their quality of work is also top of the line. Following the repairs from the damage, my kitchen honestly looks better than it did before. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend Fire Water Pros to anyone !

Just before Christmas we were faced with an impossible task of having to restore a home disaster in Johnson City, NY while remotely living in Charleston, South Carolina. In addition, this work, including some significant infrastructure upgrades, had to be completed in an unreasonably short period of time. Luckily for us FireWaterPros came to our rescue. They were on the scene within hours and managed the entire home restoration, and upgrades, to perfection, with little to no guidance. The leadership and professionalism exhibited by FireWaterPros was top notch. We were confident in every decision/choice they made. We heard from Chris during every step of the way and his communication skills were exceptional. The FireWaterPros were timely, efficient, hardworking, knowledgeable, hands on, very people/client pleasing, and the list of positive adjectives can go on and on. We highly recommend FireWaterPros without any hesitation. Our only regret is they are in New York, and not in South Carolina.

Chris and his workers were very considerate about my belongings. They cleaned up nicely. They did a great job. They did everything they told me they would do. They scheduled me for repair as soon as the insurance company approved the claim, I highly recommend them for any water or mold damage clean-up.

A small kitchen fire stressed us out and the potential damage and cost of repair gave us even more to worry about, but, our stress was alleviated when we called Fire Water Pros to see about repairs and restoration. The price was manageable and they said everything would be back to normal. Guess what? They did the work for the quoted price and they were right, everything looked as good as it did before the fire! After mold and some water damage was discovered in our walls, we had some major restoration to do. The place was highly recommended by a neighbor so we called and they offered the services we needed. I called a few other places to get a few estimates and the estimate I received from Fire Water Pros was competitive. I was very impressed by their quality of work and professionalism. They lived up to the highest professional standards, did the work in the stated amount of time and for the stated quote. I had a pipe burst that ruined my entire house. I called several other restoration companies and wasn’t impressed until I called this company. They sounded like they knew what they were talking about over the phone and provided me with a lot of information. They also told me a timeline. Now the job is done and I am impressed. DO NOT HIRE! A smooth talker who cannot and does not stand behind his promises. Left me an absolute mess! It is going to cost me between $12,000 and $23,000 to repair the mess they left! I have several pictures if you need proof…[email protected].

The service was excellent. They did work for me a long time ago, and they were efficient and thorough. I hired them again obviously, and they were the same thing. They were on time, and they showed up when they said they would come. I don't have any issues with them. I highly recommend them, and I would use their service again if needed.
