We are currently servicing Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Madison, Otsego, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties in New York and Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. We can ship replacement filters and other replacement parts anywhere in the US. If you are in the local area, you can stop in with a water sample during our regular office hours for a free water quality test. We will test for hardness, pH, iron, manganese and sulfur (rotten egg smell), with no pressure to buy. If these times aren't convenient for you please call 607-648-5248. To collect a sample for a water quality test you can use an old 16 oz soda bottle, or similar container. Be sure to rinse the container thoroughly before collecting the sample and allow the water to run for about two minutes prior to filling your container. Bring your container in as soon as possible. If you can't bring it in immediately store it in the refrigerator. After 24 hours, you will need to take a new sample. New York State mandates that bacteria tests are to be done by a certified laboratory. We have bacteria test bottles on hand from Microbac Laboratories, Inc. (Monday through Friday) and Sullivan County Labs (Tuesday and Thursday) and samples are picked up at Beacon Water by their private couriers on the days noted at 1pm.

"I called because my kitchen sink was stopped up. The woman i spoke with said there was a specual on secondary drain clearimg. Cost was 189.00 plus tax, and was guaranteed. From the time the tech arrived he started talking about a chemical i would need before he even opened the doors to the sink. Also he began telling me that my dawn dishsoap was the worst thing i could be putting down my drain because once it breaks down it turns to animal fat mind you he is continually reassuring me i needed the chemicql only for an additional 242.00 ,still hasn't looked under the sink. Long story shortened my kitchen sink is still inoperable Auchinachie took my 204.12 and gave ne 20ft of snake which did absolutely nothing. I am going to B.B.B. and my Attorney general. Just look at all of the negative reviews on this company. They are bad business. I am a disabled widow. Shame "
