I contacted six companies for estimates to remove attic insulation, air seal and sanitize the attic, and blow in new insulation to R49 specs. Air-Tight's estimate was in the middle of the pack. Justin Wolfe, owner and CEO of Air-Tight LLC, gave me an estimate over the phone, answered every one of my follow up questions, and scheduled my work within the week. He stopped by at the beginning and end of the job. The crew did exactly what he said theyâ d do and were very mindful of my property. My neighbors commented on how nice they left the area. He even sealed an area under my steps and at the back of my home where Iâ d seen chipmunks enter and had an opportunity to sell more work when I asked him to check the attic above my garage but said I didnâ t need it and stayed with his original estimate. I recommend Air-Tight LLC without hesitation and am thankful I chose them.

From the 1st phone call, it was an easy process

I only had 6" of installation in the main part of the house and none in the garage area. The team came in the morning on time (in July) and did a great job putting in the needed air vents and the proper amount of installation for this area. They finished quickly, cleaned up afterwards and I notice the difference in my electric on the next cycle.

An unexpected pleasure. Justin called me and asked a few questions, gave me an estimate that he stuck to, even with some add-ins, and emailed me a proposal. On Friday, I sent back a signed proposal via text, and Saturday the job was complete by noon. This just doesn't happen these days. Highly recommend this service.

The Owner came to my home and did an inspection for the insulation work I required. I was provided a quote in one day. I had some questions which were answered very promptly. I compared quotes and selected Air-Tight. In two days I had a crew at my house ready to do the work. The crew was excellent. I was given the opportunity to review the work before they started the job and before they left. When I requested some remediation there was no issue. The crew was respectful, listened to what I wanted done and cleaned up after the work was complete. The owner told me about an available rebate program through the electric company. I was very impressed by the owner and the crew that performed the insulation service I wanted.
