Josh LaBure, Project Consultant for Bachman, was exceptionally informative concern a potential roofing and solar project. He was thorough, and generous with his time to answer ALL of our questions. His concern was to make sure we understood what he was proposing. He was patient and made sure we were comfortable with his explanation. He listened to our needs and expectations and made a proposal consistent with what we wanted. When he didn’t know the answer he told us so, and then sought out the answer from others at Bachman. I wish more salesmen / project consultants were like Josh.

As far as the roofing itself, it appears that they did a good job.
Unfortunately, they lost one star for misplacing my deposit check, lost one star for forcing me to stop payment on that check and lost a third star for misplacing my balance check, though they did end up finding that one after a few days. You would think that they would have all those processes ironed-out after having been in business for so long.
