Frank came to do the estimate and looked over everything before giving me a quote. He sent me a formal estimate and contract within hours. My electrical work was done by Frank Cibort. He replaced the hot water heater disconnect as well as the wire connecting the disconnect and the water heater. He took the extra step of educating me about what he recommended and provided information to my satisfaction. I am seriously considering replacing my regular electrician with Frank!

I found these guys honestly by the app recommending them to me in the area, but there reviews were excellent so I gave it a shot. I only had a small issue with an outlet and light switch that was wired weird in an old house. We were schedule for 11:30 am, but they were running late from the previous job and called well in advance of our appointment to let me know they were running behind and asked if it was ok. They offered to reschedule for another day but I was flexible so all was good. When they arrived, they were attentive to my problem, diagnosed the issue very quickly, and had it all wrapped up in about an hour or so after starting. There prices were extraordinarily reasonable and I absolutely know I will be using them in a couple of more complicated jobs in the future. I told my father about them after my appointment was over and my he asked me for their name and number for when he needs work in the future. If you need an electrician for anything, I highly recommend these guys.

He's fast, efficient and the job was done professionally. You couldn't ask for much more of any company.

They spent about a half hour on the phone with us on the weekend easing our minds that there wasn’t a safety issue with our wiring. Then when they came to our house during the week they worked long hours, were patient with our frustrations and called us several days after the project was completed to make certain everything was running smoothly. We would hire them again.
