"Brody's service met and exceeded any and all expectations. Brody and his assistant were hired to remove & remodel a bathtub & shower unit. The project was to remove and install a new more disabled friendly set up.. This was for my elderly disabled mother. The bathroom turned out AMAZING !!!!!!! ... truly what a transformation. They not only did a professional, job, they were so polite and went out of their way to clean their work area. They took precautions to ensure no dust or debris few into the other rooms as project progressed. I am extremely pleased in their work , professionalism & how very polite and courteous they were to my elderly disabled mother. They also added grab bars in the shower and around the toilet area. A handicap bench was also installed into the shower.. I would recommend this company to anyone & everyone. We were so very lucky to have come across such a wonderful, professional company with such kindness . The new shower unit is much safer and under friendly for my disabled elderly mother."

"Marc took our old, dated master bath and turned into a welcome retreat. He listened to our ideas and offered suggestions that made sense and improved the outcome. The old tub was replaced; the shower was nearly doubled in size. The dated tiles were removed and a product called Sentrel was used. It has the look of marble but at a much lower cost. A new glass surround completed the shower. New flooring, wainscoting, lighting, and the walls and ceiling painted completed the project. The cost for the amount of work involved was fair. Marcs team: Tim, DJ, and Jessie were neat, professional and their workmanship was top notch"

"I hired Luiz to remove kitchen cabinets, dishwasher, cooktop, oven and lift hardwood flooring. He then reinstalled the cabinets and appliances. Ceramic tile was installed to perfection. "From the beginning of our kitchen reno project Carmen was very responsive and patient as we made our way through determining the right contractor, and we are so glad that we made the choice to work with BNQ. Carmen was able to help us to transform our galley kitchen circa 1950/1960s into a beautiful modern kitchen with great functionality. We can actually have more than one person cooking dinner or even just in the kitchen while someone else is cooking! Throughout the entire project if there were any changes to the plan that need to be made, or questions Carmen was extremely responsive and always came to us before pursuing a different plan of action in the renovation. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness throughout the entire renovation. At the end of every day the construction area was swept and all tools/supplies where put away or organized within the work space. We decided after the kitchen was done to extend our tile into the entry of the home from the kitchen. Carmen not only was extremely flexible to get it done quickly, but also stood by the work of BNQ to the point of offering to redo the tile in entry because he personally was not satisfied with the outcome. For us this speaks to his commitment to professionalism and quality of work, because of that we would have no hesitation in hiring BNQ to do additional projects in the future or in recommending him to friends and family."

Craftsmanship is superb, they followed my wishes, were punctual, and so pleasant to be around. A custom craft station/bookshelves, tiling in bath and kitchen, hardwood floors, custom kitchen cabinets, wood worked ceiling, insulated drywall, new steps were done. I just provided the floor plan and dimensions and decided which products I wanted to use. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company."
