"We wanted to completely remodel our master bath, tearing out the fiberglass shower stall and the closet around the toilet, replacing the fiberglass corner jetted tub with a soaking tub, and replacing the vanity and toilet. We hired BathPro because they had a well built display using Onyx solid surface shower walls and Bertch cabinets at the Washington County Home Show. We can't say enough about Jeff, Regis, Joe, and the other crew members who did the work on our bathroom. They tore out walls, fixtures, and the ceramic tile floor; put down a floor heating system and new tile over it; installed the Onyx shower stall, barn door style shower door, new vanity and mirrors, vintage cast iron tub we purchased, and new toilet. They finished the reconfigured walls and painted the walls and woodwork, and installed new baseboard, vanity lights, ceiling light, and fan/light combo in the shower. The plumbing and electrical changes were all done very nicely. The work crew was very polite and considerate, put down cloths to minimize bringing in dirt, and cleaned up everything at the end of the job. We are extremely happy with the quality of the materials and the work that was done. There is so much more space in our bathroom that we are going to have BathPro install a Bertch linen closet also."

"Brody's service met and exceeded any and all expectations. Brody and his assistant were hired to remove & remodel a bathtub & shower unit. The project was to remove and install a new more disabled friendly set up.. This was for my elderly disabled mother. The bathroom turned out AMAZING !!!!!!! ... truly what a transformation. They not only did a professional, job, they were so polite and went out of their way to clean their work area. They took precautions to ensure no dust or debris few into the other rooms as project progressed. I am extremely pleased in their work , professionalism & how very polite and courteous they were to my elderly disabled mother. They also added grab bars in the shower and around the toilet area. A handicap bench was also installed into the shower.. I would recommend this company to anyone & everyone. We were so very lucky to have come across such a wonderful, professional company with such kindness . The new shower unit is much safer and under friendly for my disabled elderly mother."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"I have a 1957 built ranch-style home that needed some major upgrades over the past 3 years.  Those projects were all done by Dion at Three Rivers Remodeling.  I met Dion back in 08/2011 through my neighbor (his in-laws) and the first project was my upstairs bathroom.  I was impressed with Dion's professionalism, attention to detail/cleanliness, and punctuality.  I was really impressed when Dion asked if it would OK for him to work on the bathroom on Labor Day.  Since then, in 2011 Dion installed glass block windows in my garage and replaced the doors/base boards in the hallway.  In 2012, Dion replaced a paneled wall in the living room with drywall, painted the living room, refinished the hardwood floors, and built stairs leading from the basement to the living area.  In 02/2014, I hired Dion for a complete kitchen remodel.  Finally, in 11/2014, Dion remodeled my downstairs bathroom.  On that job, after he gutted the room we found several problems that we were not expecting.  Dion worked most days until 9:00 (after asking me if that would be OK) in order to get the job done by the promised completion date while not sacrificing the quality of the finished project.  When I show people the finished project, they are always very impressed by Dion's work.
Dion does all the work himself and he is a bit of a perfectionist.  I know that he prefers to do the job right as opposed to doing the job cheaply.  I cannot say the same thing about the prior owners of my house.  When we discovered the issues with the downstairs basement, Dion explained my options.  What we could/could not get away with.  What is the right way/workaround to correct the problem.  Inevitably, with my experience with Dion, I trust his judgement and always authorize him to do it the right way.
When it comes to pricing, I do my research and go into the project with a range on what I think it will cost.  Dion always comes in within that range.  Never overpriced and never a low-ball estimate.  He discusses what needs to be done with me in layman's terms and his contract clearly discloses all the work to be done for the price.  Any unanticipated costs (like on the downstairs bathroom) are clearly discussed, priced, documented, and presented to me for approval before Dion proceeds with any work.
Oh, and Dion likes my dogs (and they love him) even letting them out for bathroom breaks while he's on the job.  May seem trivial, but, just another example of the extra steps Dion takes to make the whole process a positive experience.

"We have had only good experiences with work done by BNQ over several years, but we only comment here on the August 2009 work. The painting job was done while we were away so it didn't disrupt our lives and most of the paint smell was gone when we returned. Like any painting, the end result depends on careful selection of colors and Carmen worked closely with my wife on color selection. We were here when the other work was done, and when Carmen was able to "save" our countertop we were thrilled. It took careful, meticulous carpentry to remove the rotted portions and fit and secure the replacement wood support. 5 stars on that one! The doors project originally started without the entry way as part of it, but when we discussed it with Carmen he noticed the soiled carpet adjacent to the exterior door and he and my wife discussed options which evolved into the tile replacing a section of carpet. It looks great, and if it rains this year like it did last Memorial Day when we host the family for a deck party, we won't destroy our newly cleaned carpet. Carmen brought 3 or 4 tile samples in different shades of grey to our house so that we could look at them - important because we have grey tile at the base of our fireplace in sight of the door way. We couldn't be happier with the total outcome. If BNQ is going to be delayed in doing something they have always contacted us to give us a heads up - both the reason why and when they will be back on our job. This is not a big company. Carmen takes great pride in BNQ's work and I think that he is careful not to over extend/over schedule what they can do in any time period. We will not hesitate to use them for future work."
