In the end, we met these professionals, Magic Designs, and had an AMAZING experience working with their team. Communication was spot on, with constant updates that were concise. If I had a question, they were on it and very responsive. Their crews were professional and conducted high quality work. "The "roof repair" cost me $4,275.00 and the leak into my bathroom was worse before he fixed the roof. He did do a great job in painting my garages but wanted t charge me extra to paint the side door and the side window because I didn't specify that it was part of the garage when I hired him. LOL. He painted 4 pieces of wood which made of a section of fence the wrong color. But then I fiqured out the wrong color of paint on the fence and the not painting the garage door was because he ran out of the brown paint. I had the roof leak fixed by a very reputable roofing company and it was 1/4 of what Furko charged to do nothing. Needless to say I won in court. Furko now has a nice judgement against him which I am sure he will never pay. Would I recommend him or hire him again H*** NO!!!! The 1st picture is how my leak looked inside my bathroom when I hired Furko and the second picture was how it looked AFTER he "fixed" the leak and I paid him $4,275.00"

From the beginning, he was open to my questions and preferences, and helped me plan and design cabinets to fit in the existing footprint but far surpassed the functionality of my 1980s cabinets. When it came time to do the demo in October, he and his crew were both friendly and professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I watched them repeatedly do calm and focused problem-solving on the fly, and they finished earlier than we expected. Then when they brought the gorgeous cabinets we chose, they were meticulous in their installation and gracious as I watched the whole process from my spot on the stairs.
