The roofer came out to inspect the roof pointed out some issues the original vinyl installer failed to do. This prompted me to join Angies List. I had a few workmen come out to look and inspect the job. I felt more confident with IPS IIntegrated Property Solutions. First, the owner of the firm listen to what my issues are and needed to be corrected. He was involved in a task and he said he call me back which he did. (Highly professional) Fred listened and mentioned the possibilities; what the job needs to be called for as the issues of correction. I met with him very shortly with a couple of his gentlemen. We discussed, he observed and he recommended what is needed for the job. Again, he sent one of his gentlemen out to get the dimensions again. (Good move, I rather see a second visit than a second mistake) His man who specializes in vinyl siding corrected the issue by installing the vinyl channel above the windows and the gable area where there was a tremendous amount of light and air leakage in those sections Also, owner agreed and installed a vinyl shield that secures the motion sensor lighting with the rear of the house. It did not have one and it was pulling the vinyl away from the house. I felt confident with the work, this company performed. THEY DESERVE A AA+ FOR SEVERAL REASONS: the conversations, the intense analyzations upon the house visits and the satisfactory work. My mistake, had I known about this company prior, I would have them do the job from the start!

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."
