He opened the tub up, laid out his tools and very methodically checked each component. He tested and tightened some loose wires and that was it. He explained to us that sometimes after moving and installing a tub wires become loose like this. No parts were needed. He is a very honest man. We've been using our hot tub now for over 5 months now with no problem."

"The project went very well.  Robert walked me through the process and helped design the bathroom of my dreams.  He changed the tub shower into a shower room with a rainmaker showerhead with six shower jets.  He also was able to place a bench in the shower which is very convenient.  He installed new tile floor, hardware, toilet and a vanity with a bowl sink.   He was available for questions I had about products and was very knowledgeable.  His workers also were courteous and hung plastic in the doorways to not make a mess while doing the demo work.  It did take two weeks, however the finished product was worth the wait.  When I have company over I want them to use the master bathroom just so I can show it off.
