"I purchased an Angie's List deal in Dec. 2012 for two hours of service. Unfortunately, my parents became terminally ill and I spent the next four years caring for them and put all my deals in a drawer and forgot about them. I dug them out recently and called thinking I would just pay the difference. Jeff was extraordinary - He honored the deals instead of just honoring the face value which was his right. Jeff was very responsive and came to do the work in a few days time. I forgot the screws for the brackets and he ran to Home Depot to get them. Anyone else would've rescheduled. He did a beautiful job with the brackets and tile removal (no damage). It is rare these days to find a service provider with such a work ethic coupled with upstanding character and customer focus. "1 person came out to assess what jobs were going to be done and determine if they needed any parts to complete the jobs about a week before 2 other people came out to do the repairs. All were very professional and courteous. All work was done as completed and they even suggested and then added programming for my second garage door opener so that I can use the same keypad for both doors and also programmed the one in my car for both doors so I don't need to keep 2 separate openers in the car. I feel they did a great job!"
