He was a very good manager being able to share his knowledge base so his crew could work in a professional and independent manner in his absence. "Mitch, the president of the company, came out and measured three times to make sure the correct size door was ordered. The installer called me the week before to find an agreeable time for me to do the installation, as well as the night before to make sure the time still worked for me. The door actually came in earlier than expected by a couple of weeks. The installer was prompt and cleaned up after he was done. The door is excellent quality and I couldn't have been more pleased. Another thing to keep in mind they offered to come out and measure after I got home from work as well as actually install it on a Saturday so I wouldn't have to take off from work."

Unfortunately, my parents became terminally ill and I spent the next four years caring for them and put all my deals in a drawer and forgot about them.
