"Dan and his son Tyler did an outstanding job. The basement was broken up in separate spaces including a 22' by 7' area which will double as a plant room during the winter time. He installed a counter and sink in this space and added a floor to ceiling built in bookshelf. To close off this area from the main space, he also installed a barn door which looks great. In the main area the work was done to perfection. The bathroom is a little jewel and we could not be happier with the work that was done. Dan and Tyler also went above and beyond when they moved furniture from the main floor to the basement and also put up additional shelves for us. I told Dan to pencil us in for the same time next year to update our main bathroom!"

"Brian ran into some unforeseen complications on a previous job causing our job to be delayed slightly.  On our project, they arrived early and got straight to work.  Brian and his team are very hard workers - they get a lot accomplished quickly. They cleared brick walkways and disposed of all the brick materials.  Graded all the area and put up the forms for the concrete.  They laid sod down where some of the walkways were which we eliminated.  The concrete work went smoothly and looks great.  They were very neat and cleaned up the entire area each day before leaving.  Brian is courteous and hard working and truly cares about his customers satisfaction."

"The construction went beautifully. Jeff Ramsey completed the bathroom and went above and beyond what we expected. Living in a home built in 1847 has its challenges as in needing to reinforce the floor to ensure this old house would support our newly tiled floors, tiled shower with glass doors, claw foot tub and marbled vanity. He was so calm and reassuring during the process which reflected on how we dealt with the renovation ourselves. He was extremely conscientious and reliable and that's why we have just hired Ramsey Builders for our addition that is underway now.
