"Dan and his son Tyler did an outstanding job. The basement was broken up in separate spaces including a 22' by 7' area which will double as a plant room during the winter time. He installed a counter and sink in this space and added a floor to ceiling built in bookshelf. To close off this area from the main space, he also installed a barn door which looks great. In the main area the work was done to perfection. The bathroom is a little jewel and we could not be happier with the work that was done. Dan and Tyler also went above and beyond when they moved furniture from the main floor to the basement and also put up additional shelves for us. I told Dan to pencil us in for the same time next year to update our main bathroom!"

"Although they were not familiar with soundproofing techniques, once provided with the proper materials and instructions, John and Nick did a wonderful job! They spared no effort to follow directions to the letter, to produce the best possible results. As questions arose, we would discuss and agree on the best course of action given the requirements, as well as their extensive construction experience. Most times I did not inspect their work until the end of the day. Any concerns were brought to their attention the next morning, at which time they would address them immediately and satisfactorily, as needed. Although most home owners would not normally require the soundproofing techniques of this job, the professional attributes displayed would greatly benefit any general construction work. My only concern was that John did not provide a written estimate before starting, especially since minor changes were made to the requirements mid-stream. In the end, I was so satisfied with the results, I have already received an estimate for JJ Construction to remodel the rest of the basement space."

"I purchased an Angie's List deal in Dec. 2012 for two hours of service. Unfortunately, my parents became terminally ill and I spent the next four years caring for them and put all my deals in a drawer and forgot about them. I dug them out recently and called thinking I would just pay the difference. Jeff was extraordinary - He honored the deals instead of just honoring the face value which was his right. Jeff was very responsive and came to do the work in a few days time. I forgot the screws for the brackets and he ran to Home Depot to get them. Anyone else would've rescheduled. He did a beautiful job with the brackets and tile removal (no damage). It is rare these days to find a service provider with such a work ethic coupled with upstanding character and customer focus.
