"Professional and efficient project by Spectrum. Carpet patching using materials from other areas of house (closet) was completed quickly and the result exceeded expectations. Patches were nearly invisible. I'd definitely use them again."

"The dimples in the carpet are history. It looks much better. My only criticisms are: a small chunk of carpet is missing next to a baseboard and they put a small chip in an adjoining room's ceramic tile. The latter happened because they did not place anything under their heavy "machinery"."

Alex has been my go-to guy twice in the last 6 months, and he got the job done on time and at the quoted price.
