Stretchmaster

We were very happy with Jeff. He did everything he said he would. And the best part was we did not have to move the furniture! I would definitely recommend Jeff Miller.

Carpets were approx 3 years old and started to wrinkle a month after we moved in. Chose Stretchmaster based on excellent Angi reviews. I called to schedule on a Wednesday and Jeff and Adam were able to come the next day (after working hours to accommodate my schedule). They were in and out in an hour, it was all very impressive. They demo'd their invention and barely had to move any furniture. They were neat and organized. Our carpets look great. I will say the price was a little higher than I expected (our rooms are very small), but, the lifetime stretch warranty made it worth it and it was a no brainer to have them complete the job. No regrets!

The dimples in the carpet are history. It looks much better. My only criticisms are: a small chunk of carpet is missing next to a baseboard and they put a small chip in an adjoining room's ceramic tile. The latter happened because they did not place anything under their heavy "machinery".

Father & son arrived on time. Explained process quoted & price. completed the job in a timely manner.

Jeff and Adam Miller, arrived right on time. They checked out the room, explained what they would do and explained their equipment. The whole process took about 1 hour.

Jeff was very friendly and helpful, came the very next day and did great work. Wrinkles that had been in our carpet for years were removed without having to lug all the furniture out of the room. The carpet look great now!

It went very smooth! It only took them an hour to stretch the carpet out! My mom didn't have to spend her entire day while the job was being done. They were very friendly and respectful of her home.

Jeff came on time and did an excellent job of re-stretching the carpet. He was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Our carpet looks good as new and the best part is we didn't have to move any of our large furniture out of the room. Would definitely recommend stretchmaster!

We hired Stretch Masters based on there web site pictures and advertisement. Jeff and Adam both where most professional and explained what our problem was and why we had the problem we have. They explained how they where going to correct it gave us a estimate. They not only answered all our questions but encouraged us to watch them work. Very impressive and rare in this day and age. We could not be more please with the way we where treated and the craftsmanship. I would highly recommend this company.

OUTSTANDING. JEFF WAS THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB. CAME OVER AN HOUR AFTER I CALLED. HE HAS BEEN DOING THIS A LONG TIME AND ENGINEERED A TOOL SPECIFIC FOR THIS JOB. WITH THIS TOOL, HE WAS ABLE TO STRETCH THE CARPET TO ONCE AGAIN MEET THE HALLWAY WOOD. IT TOOK HIM ABOUT AN HOUR AND LOOKS AS GOOD AS NEW. THANKS?!

I needed to get carpeting stretched because it developed wrinkles over the years. I searched Angie's List and came across Stretch Master. Jeff, along with his son Adam, provided quick service and quality service. They came and gave me an estimate and completed the work all in one stop. They were very professional.

The work was excellent. The work required several visits (removing wet pad, drying, and re-stretching). They responded quickly to my original call and were schedule for subsequent visits. They were professional and thorough in their work.

When I called,  Jeff Miller answered the phone.  He told me:
1. that he could stretch the carpet without moving the furniture
2. that he would give me an estimate based on my description
3. that he would come for the appointment and after seeing he would adjust the amount based on the actual room and that if for some reason it would be more, I would have the option of refusing at no charge.
4. he also said that if for some reason he could not do the job, there would no charge.
I said that it sounded too good to be true, but someone had recommended them, so I said yes.   He came the very same day and did the work without removing the furniture just as he said he would and also did the entire job within one hour.  The charge was exactly the amount of the estimate. 
My husband watched him while he worked, and he has a piece of equipment that he has designed that allows him to stretch the carpet with the furniture in place. 
So I highly recommend Jeff at Cutting Edge Carpet and if his estimate sounds too good to be true, I can honestly say that it was true!

The rug in my family room had developed bulges (wrinkles) near walls, after being installed by Home Depot.  I asked them to fix this after some time had gone by, and was told it would cost me $135 and I'd have to remove the furniture again, a major hassle.  So I let it go, trying to ignore the bulge, for a couple years.  Then I saw an ad for stretching without having to remove the furniture.

I called the number, spoke with Jeff Miller, the owner, and found he was doing a job in the area.  After hearing what the problem was, he quoted me $150 over the phone, to be confirmed when he saw the bulging.  He arrived within 2 hours (having called 20 minutes ahead to expect him), confirmed his estimate and went to work.

The furniture did have to be moved towards the center of the room, but not out of the room, and Jeff took care of most of the moving.  Then he lifted the edges of the carpet from the tack bar, trimmed off excess, and stretched it back into position, using a device he designed to give him more leverage (and force) than the standard knee bar.  He also repaired a section of one of the seams that was starting to come apart. 

So, finally a flat (nicer looking ) carpet and with minimum hassle.

They were on time and did a good job.
