Small jobs welcome

"Dan and Mike were honest, upfront, and professional. We hired them to do a few small things and decided to have them do other work that we had been thinking about getting completed eventually. They gave us reasonable options, worked around our schedule and upfront with all expenses and labor costs. We have recommended them to many friends and already have other projects they are looking at for us."

"John returned my call promptly and said he would be there to complete the job later that afternoon showed up as promised. When he got there he rehung my 12 foot piece of facia explained why it fell down and made sure that it wouldn’t happen again by securing another piece. John Wright was professional did exactly what he said he would do. I would definitely hire him again. thanks John."

"Sam was very responsive to my situation. Great customer service, little to no clean-up and very, very competitive pricing. I had a gas water heater removed and an electric one installed. In just about an hour!"

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Detecting a leak in your pool costs about $300 on average. The price ranges widely from low $100 up to $1,000. Here are the costs involved in leak detection services for your pool:

  • Pool inspection: $125–$250

  • Above ground pool leak detection: $100–$700

  • Inground pool leak detection: $400–1,000

  • Vinyl liner repair: $350–$3,600

  • Fiberglass lining repair: $300–$400

  • Concrete liner repair: $75 per linear foot

  • Pressure test pool lines: $200–$500

  • Skimmer repair: $100–$250

  • Main drain repair: $400–$700

  • Pump repair: $50–$300

  • Tile repair: $20-$30 per linear foot

An in-ground concrete pool will carry the highest price tag of all available types of pools, with architectural or freeform concrete pools found at the top end of the price range. Although the upfront costs for a concrete pool are high, these pools tend to be more durable than pools made from other materials and will last the longest.

The decision to install a spool yourself or hire an installer depends on the type of spool and location. If you don't have experience with installations, including excavation, plumbing, and electrical aboveground pool kits are available for purchase. Without the necessary skills for a pool install, it would be wise to hire a local pool contractor for the job.

You can check if your pool is bonded by looking for a copper wire that connects to the motor and pumps and then extends into the ground. However, if you’re unfamiliar with electrical wiring, contacting a pool electrician to inspect the motor and pumps is safest. An electrician can check the system and determine if it is up to code and meets all swimming pool bonding requirements.

Yes, zero-entry pools are also referred to as beach-entry pools because the gentle slope leading to the water mimics the natural slope of a sandy shore leading to a lake or ocean. You can bring in sand or pebbles to truly capture the beach-like feel of a zero-entry pool.
