"We had a new shower placed in our master bathroom. It was updated with a seat and grab bars for safety. The installer JOE BIRKHEIMER was excellent. He did an excellent job. Joe covered everything before starting his work and was excellent in keeping everything cleaned up. He completed the job as we were told it would be done and was done in about 8-9 hours. He left our bathroom in cleaned and removed all debris. I would highly recommend this company and installer to anyone whom ask. Thank you so much. The shower looks great and I feel safer when using it."

"Had some minor difficulty locating stud for one bar. The second bar did not have a hollow wall and the wall behind the tile was concrete requiring a different tool. He did do some cleanup of concrete dust from the tub but pushed residua dust down the drain."

"Brody's service met and exceeded any and all expectations. Brody and his assistant were hired to remove & remodel a bathtub & shower unit. The project was to remove and install a new more disabled friendly set up.. This was for my elderly disabled mother. The bathroom turned out AMAZING !!!!!!! ... truly what a transformation. They not only did a professional, job, they were so polite and went out of their way to clean their work area. They took precautions to ensure no dust or debris few into the other rooms as project progressed. I am extremely pleased in their work , professionalism & how very polite and courteous they were to my elderly disabled mother. They also added grab bars in the shower and around the toilet area. A handicap bench was also installed into the shower.. I would recommend this company to anyone & everyone. "Mad City did a fantastic job. They removed my old bathtub and tile and installed a beautiful bath surround. I chose Arctic Ice for the pattern. It is beautiful. Love the practicality of the easy-to-clean surface. The faucet and grab bars are attractive, too. I got the metal shelves, which I like a lot. Highly recommend!"
