Vision Builders

Description of Work: My siding needed to be replaced on a home I'd recently purchased, and repairing of some of the structure of home and greenhouse. A couple of years later, I realized the roof also needed to be replaced. I also had 2 skylights installed.

Description of Work: The seller of the home we purchased paid for the repairs performed by Vision Builders. I have since used a different roofer and when I asked him about this job and what the cost was, he thought that was very high, but did say it was an expensive roofing material and he thought it looked like it was a good job done right. I have emailed Vision builders asking for an invoice of the work as the Sellers did not provide this to me and Vision has never gotten it to me either. According to the bid the repair would have been someplace between $1500 and $2500 depending upon dry rot factors. I think it's a quality product, and the gentleman did a good job. I just wish he would have communicated better to me about the job since I am the new home owner. If I had to I would use him again, but would prefer my current roofer because he also does a good job, and his prices are way better, plus he gives veteran discounts and elderly discounts and I respect that. So in a nutshell my feelings about Vision builders are middle of the road.

Description of Work: Replaced all old siding, adding plywood under new siding and repairing structure in several areas. New faceboards and flashing around windows were added. Roof repaired and re-shingled as needed, and flashing added. New doors installed. Carpentry and re-framing done as needed.
