Their service was good, they were on time. Sometimes they didn't pay much attention to details. But they came back and handled it. Their responsiveness was good, excellent. I might use them again, it would depend on the price.

While there was some confusion with the schedule date, when they came out they did a great job. Very efficient, removed old gutters and cleaned up the area very well. Had gutter gaurds added also.

Everything went very well.  I was really impressed with Jose that came out to bid the job.  My gutter was going to fall off in a breeze, seeing that, he tacked it in place to protect it from wind until they were out to do the repair.    The owner called the night before to let me know when they would be out.   The crew was very nice, did a good job and I would use them again.   The roof of the shed looks like new.

The 2-man crew who did the work did a very good job. Borrowed my hose. Only complaint is that estimator said they do first-in-first out scheduling and my project would be about 3 weeks out. At 4 weeks I called them. At 5 weeks they did the job. Seems to be a small outfit. Happy with result and price.

A small area wasn't covered by the original gutter. They returned as soon as I called and fixed the problem take care of the runoff. Their workers are skilled, polite, and do good work very quickly.

The roof on both my home & my rental look fantastic! They're 12+ years old, but now look brand new. Plus, as part of cleaning up the moss, the guys pressure washed my driveway and cement deck, which now look wonderful, too! Just a couple minor details could have brought the grade from a B to an A+. The strength of the pressure washing knocked over a few small planters and solar lights. There were a couple bits of plastic trash blocking one of the gutters. They got them out (great!), but just left the trash in the yard, along with the empty packaging for their new pressure washer spray nozzles. It would have been nice if the guys had picked up after themselves just a little better. Overall, though, I'm quite happy with the clean roof and gutter repairs on both houses.

"Just so anyone looking would know, we worked on 2 houses not just 1. I am sorry that the men left the packaging from the nozzles. They had them in their pocket and they must have fallen out. We always walk the job when done, But?? Again we talked about how this oversight might be corrected. In talking to the customer (she is a teacher) She said she never gives out an A. I believe she was very pleased overall. These little things are big things to customers and is part of our ongoing training. We appreciate the critique."

A little high in price BUT very professional and very well done. They do not use chemicals and pressure washed the roof to remove moss and cleaned the gutters. All the moss and residue was picked up and hauled away. They also pressure washed the sides of the house and windows where anything might have splattered. We have a fish pond next to the house which was of some concern. They put a tarp over the pond and waterfall, covered the patio furniture and moved all the plants under cover. Excellent job and worth the money.

HE HAD A LOT OF INTEGRITY AND WAS REALLY HONEST. WE THOUGHT WE'D HAVE TO REPLACE THE WHOLE DOWNSPOUT BUT HE SAID THAT IT JUST NEEDED TO HAVE THE RUST CLEANED OFF AND TO BE REPAINTED. HE COULD HAVE TAKEN US, BUT INSTEAD HE RE-ATTACHED IT AND HAMMERED IT BACK OUT AND SAID IT WAS GOOD TO GO. HE WAS HONEST.

IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH THEM. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR WORK. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND THE GUTTERS LOOK VERY NICE.
