When there was a little snafu that we weren't expecting (his helper cut a cable by accident with his hedge trimmer), Mariano went and bought the cable connector and they had it fixed within an hour. It is a little hard to communicate if you don't speak Spanish, but it is easy enough to convey to him what you want done and his English is actually pretty good. I will definitely use them again for monthly maintenance as well as some other clean up projects."
