"I contacted Carlos, the business owner, on a Tuesday. He responded right away and stopped by Wednesday morning to look the job over. He gave a written estimate on Thursday, and a crew arrived right on time for each of the following two days. This is our fourth professional painting job, and it was our best experience so far. They worked quickly and cleaned up well afterward. Looking over the job, I would have to say that it is perfect! I'm glad that my wife and I didn't try to do it ourselves."

"Bright Creations was recommended by a neighbor who had ceiling work done in their house. Edguardo and his crew arrived on time each day. They prepared the area securely for the messy job ahead. BC tore the old ceilings out down to the studs, insulated, put up sheetrock, taped, muddled, primed, and painted two coats. Then they cleaned up and repeated the process for the other three rooms. The work they did was beautiful, clean up was impeccable, and the overall job rates a 5 star review. Their work was so good we had them do some work to our church. Edguardo was a gem to work with. Book them early, they are in demand."

"Ken came out within a couple of days of my contacting him to look at our house. A few days after that we had a quote in hand. The initial price was just a little over what another contractor quoted us but Ken applied an Angie's List discount and the price was right on. We chose Ken's because his contract was thorough, he explained things well and he was quick and easy to work with.
Ken's team was supposed to start at 8am Monday morning and they were sitting out front at 7:45 waiting to start. The foreman walked the exterior of the property with us and we talked about trim and paint. He made suggestions and we made a final plan within a couple of minutes.
The whole team got right to work sanding, caulking, taping, etc.. Everyone in our family headed out to their various locales for the day and I got an email from Ken at 2:30 letting me know that his painters would be done the same day. When we got home about 5pm the house was done, everything was clean and the painters were gone. The small equipment trailer stayed parked at the curb over night but was gone by the time we were up in the morning. 
This being our first house painting experience, we were very pleased with the workmanship and ease of the job. We have had comments from all of our neighbors about how good our house looks and how professional the painters were when they were at our home.

"My house had two bedrooms and two bathrooms that needed top to bottom paint, ceilings included. But first, the two bedrooms had many layers of paint OVER several different wallpapers. There were even wrinkles in these layers. What a mess! I was not up to this. Austin gave me a fair bid and worked with my schedule to get the job going. There was a level of communication, before they even started, that surpasses the average contractor. He and his crew were a delight to work with. "Nikk, the contractor, pressure washed the house, scraped the wood of peeling and bubbling paint. caulked and applied 2 coats of premium paint on house and trim. In prepping he carefully masked window, was careful of my plants, and he was also careful of the neighbors vehicle sitting in driveway by protecting it with a tarp. We had rain during the painting which caused brief stops until weather cleared. Nikk brought in a crew to complete the job in a timely manner. A detail oriented person. He also cleaned my gutters including flushing downspouts for a reasonable price."

"We called for an estimate and an appointment was made.  He did not arrive, so we called him after an hour.  He apologized and came right over.  Bob was a very personable fellow and seemed to really know what he was talking about and to fully understand the project.  We looked forward to receiving his estimate.  It did not arrive.  He emailed to say it would arrive the following week.  We never heard from him again.  We hired someone else.

"We weren't that happy with the results. It was a few years ago, and the surface is still pretty much intact. He had to use a primer and deck paint, rather than stain, and the primer showed through in several places as bright white marks against the dark brown stain. He left the extra paint so we could refinish where we wanted. We don't want or expect any follow up at this time. I understand that the deck needed a lot more work than the worker expected. So, my experience may not be a fair representation of this particular contractor.
