The two rooms that have been papered look amazing and the repaired wall looks like new. The work is perfect and Judy and Michael are two of the nicest people. They do excellent work, arrive when they say they will and are very efficient. We would hire them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them. Michael also repaired an outside door for us.

Excellent! It was a treat to have Judy the Wallpaper Lady wallpaper our guest bathroom. She was a great communicator in a timely manner and was flexible working with us around the remodel of our bathroom. Judy also prepped and repaired our walls. With 30 years of experience Judy knows what she is doing! We highly recommend Judy. Her kind heart and calmness was very welcoming in our home. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Upon moving into our new residence we had to repaint and do the wallpaper in the entire house. The company that we initially hired thru the Angie's list completely failed the project. We were desperate with not not many options available because nobody is willing or capable to re-do the job. Thankfully, the manager of the local Sherwin-Williams store recommended me to contact Judy at Wallpaper Lady and More. That was a blessing!!! Overall, Judy and her son Tim did an outstanding job with wallpaper, painting, and installing crown and base moldings throughout the house. The price was more than fair, they were always punctual, efficient with no down time, clean, and completed the project exactly when they said they would. Most importantly, while fixing the deficiencies of the other painting co (which is a huge challenge), they came up with creative AND cost-effective solutions. Their goal to make client happy was definitely achieved.

They were very pleasant to work with, did a great job and completed the task in record time.  They were extremely careful about our hardwood floors and cleaned up each area as they completed it.

I contacted Wallpaper Lady and More and received a quick response from the son, Michael.  He gave me a fair estimate and seemed to understand my job.  I needed wallpaper removed and reapplied to the master bedroom and bath and a fresh coat of paint in both rooms.  The debacle that ensued was quite unexpected. The job was supposed to take four to five days.  My bedroom and bath were torn up on the first day, and I didn’t see Michael again for a week.  MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
The day (not really a day, only a few hours) Michael put something on the wall to try to remove the wallpaper. Then he took a knife and gouged the wall – it ultimately had to be repaired by another person sent out by the Wallpaper Lady.  I don’t think there is really a lady behind this company – you never see her, talk with her – just her inept son.  I wrote Michael a check for 50% of the
job.  He messed up the walls and then left.  Days went by and I didn’t see
him.  Or, maybe he would come and then leave in less than an hour to go and get supplies.  He would never return.  In desperation, I called the Wallpaper Lady once again and she sent out this fast talking guy that was working on other
jobs and mine wasn’t a priority.  The week-long job lasted for a month.  My whole house was torn up and they weren’t very tidy at all.  I did get the job finished and John, the second guy, did a fairly good job.  But the stress, inconvenience and disregard for the customer wasn’t worth the “fairly good job.”  I will reiterate again – NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WALLPAPER LADY AND MORE.

The painter was extremely nice and seemed experienced. He gave a fair bid and he started work right away. We were happy with the care he took with painting our house. At the end he asked us to make sure to inspect everything and let him know what he could touch up. We asked him to attend to a couple spots and he did. We were very happy with the work.

I was thoroughly pleased with how the process went. You hear horror stories about hiring contractors, but Michael helped us figure out exactly what we wanted to do, and gave us options to help keep the job within our budget. The stenciled faux wallpaper saved us a lot of money, and looks unique. It really created a focal point. The rest of the paint, trim and crown moulding looks fantastic. All of the imperfections, nicks and divots in the wood were patched, and the finished product looks great. I was impressed with the attention to detail. The work was finished within the timeframe we discussed, even after we decided to make some changes along the way. The final bill was right about what was originally quotes, plus the extras we added along the way. I got several quotes, and Wallpaper Lady's wasn't the cheapest, but they didn't seem fly-by-night like some of the other contractors I spoke with. Michael was knowledgable, and seemed interested in his finished product. I don't know what else I can say, other than if I have another painting or drywall project, I hope to have Wallpaper Lady work for us again.

I WILL NEVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. They were late to the job, did not wear booties or take off shoes despite several requests and tromped over our brand new carpet. While steaming wall paper in the half bath they damaged the wood floor and now it buckles. They say it is our fault even though it is nowhere near the toil/sink, it is near the door. Tim put his knee through our glass stove top. He thought it was metal. They did not remove all the wall paper and painted anyway. Paint was not cut properly and job is terrible. At no time have they apologized for the damage done to our home. Instead they said we are too picky. Ceiling was never repaired. After they damaged our house they threatened to walk off the job. They did our neighbor's ceiling repair and it came out awful. Texture & paint color do not match. They still have not repaired the damage to our floor. They also tried to send out repair people that couldn't do the repairs. DON'T LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME

The splatered paint on the baseboards, floor and curtains. The paint in 3 of the rooms was done very poorly. The owner's son resolved 90% of the issues. He also covered the cost of the curtains.
