His estimate of cost and the time it took was exactly on (the only surprise was when he reduced the final bill because we had changed our mind on a few items from the original estimate). Everything was returned to like-new condition as he picked up at the end of the job. I will always call Allied Mechanical and Plumbing when I have plumbing work that is needed. Make sure to include them as you look for bids on your plumbing jobs. Good price and excellent work. Josh does what he says he is going to do."

He was argumentative, to the point of being downright rude and unprofessional, and he never bothered to talk to me about the fact that the unit was slightly too large to fit in the space that I had without making some slight adjustments, or that they could have made it fit by cutting into a closet wall, but for whatever reason they chose not to do anything. He never said it would require reframing the door, which was something they did not do, and I would have to get someone else to do that, so they fabricated a metal panel and put it up, in place of the original door. In the meantime, the project would be left without a finished door. The rep So I was left with an ugly gray panel made out of metal that looks totally out of place on my wood wall."
