For the best service please give us a call at (541) 343-9339. We're a family owned and operated business, covering Eugene and Springfield, Oregon and the surrounding areas. We specialize in plumbing repair, small remodels, as well as sewer and drain cleaning, repair and replacement. Our current business form started in 1979, when Bernard Petersen took over the Petersen Plumbing business name from his father, Austin Petersen, a long-time businessman in the area. Austin started his primary business, Austin 1-Stop Plumbing, in 1946, and operated it until he sold the name to Bernard in 1999. Currently, Austin Plumbing and Petersen Plumbing are operating as affiliated businesses, and both names can be seen on our trucks. Austin's father, Alex, worked some in the business in the early years, and Bernard's brothers Greg and Kurt work today. Bernard's sons are currently apprentices, and his nieces and nephews have occasionally been seen helping as well, when their studies and schedules permit. Truly a 4th generation business, we look forward to welcoming the 5th generation in just a few short years!

I use Petersen Plumbing whenever I have any kind of plumbing or water issue. The service is always excellent and the pricing extremely reasonable. Mark and Jesse just came out and fixed a running toilet and the garbage disposer quickly, with cheerful, friendly attitudes, and displaying an amazing and instantaneous knowledge of all things plumbing. I was more than happy with the service!

Stellar, Peterson Plumbing has been continuously consistent with customer service, follow thru and pricing. Always giving their best!!!!!!!. The company was able to schedule service within a few hours of my call, which was impressively fast service. Two service providers changed out both hose bibbs in about an hour. They were friendly and seemed competent. I haven't had this kind of work done before, but the price seemed reasonable.

Cleared clog. Suggested installing traps to capture rust in water lines. Accepted recommendation and have had no build up since. Very satisfied but never did receive Starbuck's Gift Card.

Brett and his apprentice plumber Ricky showed up as scheduled and completed all the work listed above in one long day, working into the evening to finish everything. Brett was very professional, did a great job on all our installations and was very polite and respectful of our house. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. This is one first class plumber and we'll be using Petersen Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs. Also, the office staff was very helpful and friendly every time we called. This is a great plumbing company. We've used them in the past for both our home and several rental units we owned and they were always very responsive to our needs, having someone on site either the same day or next.

I'm impressed with these people. I called three plumbing companies with 4 basic questions: brand of heater they used, warranty, cost of heater and cost of installation. The person answering the phone was able to give me the answers without sending me to someone else or telling me they could not do this over the phone. On top of that she was personable and helpful. They were able to schedule me for the next day. The plumber Brett and his helper were great. They even corrected a few plumbing issues around the heater. Brett gave me advice about replacing a water line to an outdoor faucet and gave a rough estimate for that work. He answered my questions about water heater maintenance. The cost came in lower than the estimate. It was still $200 higher than the estimate Jerry's gave me for a heater with a longer warranty and the installation. However, Jerry's preferred installer was not available and they were not sure who they could find to do the work. I'm very happy with the quality of the water heater and the service I got from Peterson even if the cost was possibly a little more. I will definitely call them first for my plumbing needs.

Two plumbers had everything wrapped up in less than 30 minutes. Courteous and professional. A little more expensive than I was hoping, but that’s the way it goes. They did give me a good deal on a replacement shower head ($10).

Plumbers cost, but I would recommend Petersen Plumbing to any one. My parents also thought Petersen plumbing was great. I think we used them 3 times. Several hundred $$ each time and it was always well worth it

The guys who responded to the call suggested a way to make the installation much simpler than I had in mind, then scheduled another call (no additional fee) for the next day to give me time to dig a hole to expose the pipe. They were punctual each time, did good work, and the charge was reasonable.
