I’m a very hard worker and will get any job done in a timely manner! I have +8 years of residential roofing experience, some experience in stone restoration, & about 4yrs of waterproofing masonry. I’m honestly open to most any job whatever it is you would like help with!

1) bent existing backdoor awning.  Had to be replaced.

2) layed tarps/plywood on top of flower beds killing flowers underneath.

3) knocked over water bottle in attic making a water stain on bedroom ceiling.

4) left scraps on attic floor.

5)installed roof vents over area that didn't have a hole for the vent.

Note: they did resolve most problems and adjusted price for damages, but the management should have better control over the work performed.  They constantly complained on how much Angie's List was getting from the job!
