So even though I described the material to be hauled, when they arrived and realized I needed heavy chunks of concrete removed they had to reschedule since they needed different equipment. On the positive side, they hauled a small amount of “regular” junk the first day at no charge since they were already here. Other than the initial confusion or miscommunication, the job was done satisfactorily."
