They made special accommodations to bring in a tiller and literally tilled out the entire lawn leaving nothing but bare dirt. I later planted a garden with a walkway to replace it. 3 guys came out in the morning and spent a few hours removing everything. Crew arrived 45 minutes late due to traffic, but i think that's reasonable. I paid them an extra $30 to have them take away the cut down shrubs. I kept the tilled-out grass as mulch instead of paying more to have them dump it. Having them take care of this huge job was much better than trying to do it all myself."
