He pulled out the plants that weren't doing well as I requested, trimmed and shaped all of the rest of the bushes, pulled weeds and sprayed the yard for weeds, he checked the drip system and took all the debris away when he was through. "Fence went up in a timely manner. Applied sealer. Then after sealer dried, stained fence. Fence install looks good. Not perfect, but satisfactory. The stain, however was another story. After application, I was expecting a second coat. Silvano set up inspection for completion and final payment. I was surprised that they had thought it was sufficient. I complained about the lack of coverage. He agreed and sent his guy out to redo. I believe he should have inspected the job before he thought it was done. They applied another coat. Still not perfect, but I wanted the experience over with. Later, while doing some cleaning in my back yard, I became aware of overspray everywhere. Retaining wall, furniture, outdoor heater, and other misc items. I would not hire for any other projects."

Leonard quoted me $1,200 and then had two guys spend three hours each, laid down some bark and sprayed with organic weed killer that didn't work. The weeding was sloppy and the job was not worth that much. He offered to come back and do some more work, but I wasn't trusting that I'd get what I wanted, so I offered to pay him $750 for the work he did, which he accepted. That's $50 per hour plus materials. It shouldn't have been more than that. I appreciated that he got the job done quickly. I wouldn't hire him again."
