"It was Monday,  the third day of an ice/snow storm, and Roto-rooter was the only provider who could schedule same-day service.  The scheduler was courteous, and the tech who showed up was quick and provided me with not only good, quick service but some good information.  He was in and out in 15 minutes, and I had been without a functioning kitchen sink and dishwasher for three days.  The cause of the blockage was sludge, not frozen pipes or the weather.  I really appreciate getting the problem taken care of without the three-days-out appointments the other providers were quoting me.  Plus he told me that they were working afterhours because of the storm.  Will definitely use them again!
