The guy’s did a fabulous job!

I hired Oliva Lawn Care to do a spring clean up of our property. Leonard quoted me $1,200 and then had two guys spend three hours each, laid down some bark and sprayed with organic weed killer that didn't work. The weeding was sloppy and the job was not worth that much. He offered to come back and do some more work, but I wasn't trusting that I'd get what I wanted, so I offered to pay him $750 for the work he did, which he accepted. That's $50 per hour plus materials. It shouldn't have been more than that. I appreciated that he got the job done quickly. I wouldn't hire him again.

I needed to sort out a sprinkler system at a rental. He was on time, did not upsell me, and used only a minimal amount of time to get things done. I am happy, and so is my renter.

Hired them to do spring clean-up of our lawns. The job took two days instead of one but they still charged the fee that was originally quoted. They did such a terrific job that we've hired them to do regular maintenance.
