My household had a rat problem under the house and by reading all the great reviews we decided to go with this business. Derrick was extremely informative, professional and guided us along with what he was doing. Very reasonable pricing for what he had to do, we had many points of entry he had to seal to keep the rats out. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of five, is he missed some of the mesh metal he used to seal the holes, out on our back walkway and one of our dogs got it tangled in her tail (dog was fine). Overall though, very happy with all of his hard work and efforts, would definitely recommend and hire again in the future. Thanks Derrick, you're amazing!
