We were second call for the day and John arrived around 11, after calling to let me know he was on his way. He didn't have the bolts in his truck for the type of toilets we had, but he went to the store and got them. He promptly got the bolts installed when he came back. He spilled some water from his shop vac on the entry floor (not really his fault as we have boxes around the edge of the stairs to keep a blind dog from falling down the stairs, making it hard to navigate) and charged us $24 less for the inconvenience, which was a nice touch. I like it when companies allow their workers to decide on pricing based on the situation."

"We started using II-S Mechanical in October 2012 when a sump pump gave
out, and we were lucky to get an employee named Don whose knowledge,
professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.  He
replaced that sump pump and then, though not originally a part of the
work to be done, closely examined another older sump pump, explaining
the problems with this older pumps current set-up and giving us
practical estimates on replacement.  We knew that older pump would need
replacement and we depend greatly on that pump.  So, since we were very
satisfied with Don's work, we had II-S Mechanical/Don replace that
second pump. Again, he was very detailed and neat in his work, and both
pumps are working great.  We have real peace of mind knowing the work
was done right.  We've also had Don replace two sink faucets, one of
them which was a difficult, arduous job because the old faucet was
rusted and hard to remove.  Throughout that work, Don acted good-natured
and professional throughout the challenging work.  We have not yet
worked with another employee from this company, but if they're like Don
then you can't go wrong with this company.

"Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."

"The specific project completed on our home was to provide drainage, including a sump pump, in our crawl space and to replace the vapor barrier. Although our particular project was very difficult, including a clay surface below the old vapor barrier, the crew managed to prepare the drainage pipe ditch and lay perimeter drainage pipe. They labored with soil that was either too wet and therefore too sticky to work with a shovel, or soil that was too dry and almost rock hard. After many days of effort they managed to successfully install pipe, sump pump and vapor barrier. In spite of the very difficult conditions with which they struggled to complete the project, the crews who worked on our project were very courteous and professional in the way they did their job.
