I then asked for a quote for a bathroom remodel and kitchen retiling. He gave me a reasonable quote. I told him what I wanted for color and explained my disability limitations for the shower in the bathroom. He came up with a stunning color and a perfect tile for both rooms. William, and his assistant Nathan, put in the kitchen tiles within 2 days and my floor is amazing. One of the big positives, is that William will stop work to answer questions and show what he is doing. Unfortunately, the company making my walk-in shower is a little slow, so I have not been able to get the bathroom done.
