Yards mowed and trimmed. Retired sod farmer from Ks came west to be near family. Fifty years growing and selling bluegrass, fescue, zoysia and to a lesser extent Bermuda. I think I am qualified to mow your yard. :) - I'm reliable and honest. And I am the only one you will deal with: Trust me at my age (62) if you don't have the fountain of youth then you ain't got anything I'd want to steal. I can't think of anything to add other than maybe to say I'm a reasonable person who is just looking for a way to stay useful and make enough to at least feed me etc. Anyways I'm respectful of both people and their possessions cause I worked for what I own too. Thank you for your consideration.

Basic maintenance includes all high traffic common areas and main points of interest as discussed with client which will be properly manicured and maintained. Extra projects can also be done such as Blackberry Bush removal, poison oak removal, and heavy limb or debris clearing. I Can also fix irrigation if already existing on property.
