Richard arrived for what I thought was to inspect the roof and give an estimate to apply a moss killing agent (no cleaning). I went in the house to fix lunch, 15 minutes later he rang the door bell saying he was done and submitted a bill. I was astonished and said no way he could complete the project in that time on a 2,800 Sq Ft house. He got out his ladder again went up and quickly sprayed the roof again, 15 more minutes. He did not use any safety equipment on a very tall and steep two story roof. He seemed a little erratic and eccentric, very rushed and nervous. I paid him $165 and he left. Later in the day I inspected the house and found streaks and over spray on many upper windows, many plants, all the skylights, and all over the patio furniture. The application was not done in a craftsman like way. His truck is old and was making a horrible knocking sound like it might throw a tie rod any minute. The whole episode felt like he was making a fast buck off of us. I will have to get out my extension ladder and clean off all the upper windows and I'm 74, I don't relish that idea. Very strange experience.

Rich is punctual, reliable, neat and trustworthy. We’ve used him for 18 years!

Rich is wonderful. I texted him in the morning about my leak. He came right out and cleaned my gutters and stapled up a tarp for me.

Hiring this company was a $7,000 mistake. That is the amount I had to take off my home sale to pay for a new roof, due to power washing and degranulation of the shingles. I hired Richard in March of 2019 to remove the moss from the roof in prep for putting my house on the market. Other, more expensive companies I initially got bids from warned against power/pressure washing. When I spoke to him, Richard assured me "I've been in business 30 years and I assure you power washing will be fine". What a MISTAKE I made believing him. In June, the home inspector found the roof "appears to have been cleaned more recently, possibly with a pressure washer. This has damaged the roof by eliminating approximately 75% of the granular surface exposing the fiberglass ply at the surface to the weather and the sun. This will allow this roof to deteriorate in a more accelerated manner than would have been the case with having cleaned this roof in a more benign manner." I was forced to negotiate a $7k credit off my home's asking price to pay for a new roof. When I called Richard back he basically said it was my inspector's word against his. I sent him the inspection report and photos. He apologized, but did not acknowledge accountability. I would advise any home owners to make 100% certain that they do not let this company on their roof with a pressure washer. Or, do like I should've and hire a different company who knows what damage can be caused by using the wrong method of moss removal and is ethical enough to not destroy their clients' property.

Rich worked very hard and did a great job. He did 2 different houses for me and pressure washed for my neighbor to be nice.

Very professional, punctual once you schedule. His work is excellent. I have paid anywhere from $88 to $143 depending on if he had to treat or simply blow off.

Rich did a great job for us. We had some build up of moss and he got rid of it all and treated the roof with zinc when he was done. I would add that it would be a good idea that you let your neighbors know if you're going to have this done. There is a good chance of over spray with water and possibly some dirt, as was the case with us. Rich gladly rinsed off any dirt that landed on our neighbors property. He is a good person and I highly recommend him.

I called several companies. He gave me an estimate in one day and I had talked to two other people. My insurance company said that I needed a new roof because they said it was curling. He wrote a statement that it had 9-10 years of life left. After he cleaned it, they came back to re-inspect it and said they wouldn't cancel me out.  I would definitely use them again.

I called Richard to schedule pressure washing.  After not hearing back from him for 4 days, I found another provide on Angie's List.  Richard finally returned my call on day 5.  He must have called my number 8 times, never leaving a message.  When he finally did reach me live, I told him I didn't need his service and I hired someone else.  That should have been the end of my story.  Instead two days later I come home and find Richard and his truck blocking my street and he's pressure washing my driveway!  I stopped him and asked, "Why are you here?  I didn't hire you."  He said he felt bad that it took so long to reach me and must have misunderstood that I didn't want him to do the work.  At this point I asked how much he wanted to complete the job.  His overall quote was less than the person I hired, so I told him to go ahead and finish.  When he was done, he drove away and left the bill on the front porch (even though I was home).  When I retrieved the bill I found that he charged more than quoted. He added additional line items for services I never authorized.  Unbelievable. So, at the end of the day, he stole business from another company and then overcharged me for the work performed.

Rich arrived shortly after 8am. He inspected my roof and gutters and provided me with an estimate to perform the work
needed. The cost was fair so I decided to have him go ahead and do what was needed. He worked diligently to get the
work done and never took a break. He did a excellent job and everthing was to my satisfaction when completed.

Great! Fast & friendly service. I will be calling again in 2 years for the moss control spray to be reapplied. The only thing I would suggest is to not leave the religious DVD with the invoice.

He (the owner) showed up with an assistant promptly. They explained what they were about to do, and they did all within the promised time and criteria. I would DEFINITELY recommend you contact them!!

RIch and a helper arrived on time.  Rich did most of the work; tile roofs are fragile and Rich is thin and has been doing this for years.  They cleaned up reasonably.  I did need to remove more moss after they left, but there was a lot of moss on the roof.  I was happy and will use his services again.

Work went very well.  It took all day to complete the work.  The workers were very nice and knew their job.  They cleaned up nicely at the end of the day.

Richard and his co-worker arrived at 8:50 am (10 minutes early) and worked until 6:45 pm. ?I think they only took 1-2 short breaks, otherwise they worked the entire time. ?They did a really good job - it was a real mess and they got the roofs,siding, walkways, patios and driveway perfectly clean. ?They also picked up the debris that came off the roofs and put it in the yard waste bins. ?Rich, the vendor, said he did the white posts for free as well as the outside face of the gutters. ?He told me he did not pressure wash the trellises because they were not included in his original quote and no one asked him to provide an estimate for that work. ?Unfortunately, he waited until they were finished to tell me this and I'm a little disappointed since I went out to check on him 3-4 times and he knocked on my door when he had questions so I could have authorized him to do the work because it really needed to be done. ?I asked him if he could do the trellises after they were done and he said no because he'd have to redo the siding because cleaning the trellises would mess up the work that was already complete. ?So, while he did an excellent job, I felt it was incomplete as the trellises are a big part of the complex. ?Richard is very precise so my advice to anyone using his company is to be equally precise and detailed when asking for a quote or going over the work to be done so that you get what you need. ?The quality of the work done was excellent though.

When I initially contacted him, i was told he would call me back in a day or two. After not hearing back from him, Approximately 3 weeks later, I decided to give him another try (my first mistake).. He called back and arranged to come to my house the next day. He called me at work with an estimate and talked me into allowing him to do the work right then (my second mistake) .... When I arrived home he said that he had just finished cleaning the roof and was about to treat it with the moss control .. I wrote him a check and had to leave again. When I returned home, and inspected the roof, I found (1) there was still moss on a small section of roof, near my front door, (2) I found he had pressure washed one of my deck chairs (I am guessing to clean off roof debris?) but he pressured washed off some paint so now I need to buy paint to repaint my patio furniture (which I hadn't planned on doing) (3) I did not see any evidence of him treating the roof for moss (all of my neighbors homes that had moss treatment applied, you can tell they have been treated .... He may very well have treated my roof and maybe I just can't tell??) .....(4) he left me a religious cd on my doorstep, along with my bill. I am religious myself, but found it inappropriate for my roof cleaner to do that. ..... After all that, i had decided that i would just be done with it and not use him again.

then today, A month later, i get a phone call from him asking if I would like him to come out and bid my job!! He was confused when I told him that he had already done my job, but I was glad that he had called because I wanted to ask him about the moss treatment. He was again confused, and simply stated that if my bill said he treated the moss that he would stand behind it ..... That was the end of my conversation with him ..... Needless to say, I cannot recommend him to anyone.

He did a good job with the roof cleaning but didn't clean up the debris from the yard.

The job was done efficiently and professionally.

Rick tried very hard to get to our remote location in Maple Valley on a days notice-  each time he was going to be delayed, he called.  Finally got there around 7pm but it was still light - gave us a very reasonable estimate and offered to do the work right then. We agreed and he blew off the roof and applied moss treatment.  Other estimates were 4 times what his was.  We will be calling him again.

Wow!  Was able to do the work on short notice, and the roof looks like it's brand new!  I wish I called Richard a long time ago.  He worked very hard. Now our roof is now one of the cleanest in the neighborhood.  I'm sure he added years to the life of our roof.  Will definitely call again for additional treatment to prevent further moss growth.
