A friend had RJ Kerns with All-Pro do a major remodel of their home. We sent a message to RJ. He responded immediately, and we scheduled a time to meet to discuss our project. After our initial meeting, and multiple conversations over a period of two weeks, we decided to engage All-Pro. We felt no pressure to sign. RJ was always in communication with us and responded timely to our inquiries and issues from the beginning to the end of the project. He was very patience with all our questions about what we would like to have done and provided his expert guidance in what would work and not work. He is very knowledgeable with respect to aesthetics, trends and looks that was very helpful in determining what we wanted our master bathroom would look like. RJ was “hands-on” with us and got personally involved in our project to ensure we were happy with everything and was completed to our satisfaction. Will definitely use All-Pro again!

Recently moved into a new home. The paint was the less expensive flat chalky paint. Arjay and his team were fantastic. I hired them to do an addition onto my home. We demolished a bathroom and built 2 new bathrooms, an office and a large bedroom. Put on a new roof, paint, gutters, added about 500’. He recommended an architect to draw up plans that was great, and carefully scheduled all of the subcontractors from foundation, permitting, windows, electric, plumbing, flooring, tile, HVAC and carpentry. It took about 4-5 months from start to finish. He was transparent, quick to respond to all inquiries, fair in his pricing and has a good sense of humor. His subs were all great. He handled any issues that arose promptly and professionally and I couldn’t be happier about the finished project. Thank you everyone!

My second project with All Pro. This one was to replace my downstairs flooring including the stairs. Austin and Terrel did a Great job with the installation - very happy with them. The team is very concerned about doing a Great job and making me happy. When I picked the flooring I did not realize the the stair noses that I had picked had an overlay creating (for me) a transition area that would be prone to issues. RJ worked with the vendor and found that they had a different option that clicked in and was flat. There was a small fee for restocking but the results are fantastic. I am very happy and grateful for the extra effort put in on my behalf.

RJ, Austin, Tyrell, Chava & crew turned my vision into reality! They installed a new window in my living area so I could see Mt Hood, replaced windows, did a full trim on the windows & painted the great room. It turned out exceptional & made such a difference & upgrade. And all fresh & clean. RJ & Austin were great communicators, paid attention to detail, frequently checked in on the job & they treated my home like a home with protecting the floors & furniture, tenting to keep the dust down . . . And they were friendly, polite & respectful. I’ll use them again for sure.

I could not have happier with Arjay and his team. I hired All Pro to remodel two bathrooms which turned out better than my expectations. I have never worked with a more communicative contractor. We discussed the project every step of the way which for a remodel is crucial as there are always unforeseen obstacles beyond our control. His crew and subs were top-notch, very professional. We hired RJ and crew to divide a room into 2, which included cutting a hole and adding a door. From the start RJ had excellent communication and wanted to be sure he understood our needs. While his bid wasn't the lowest we got, I appreciated his attention to detail and desire to do things in ways that looked best. Having construction done in your home is disruptive and messy, and RJ and his team worked really hard to keep our house clean and dust free and to work around our schedules. The project was completed on time, on budget, and we're very happy with the outcome. We'd recommend All-Pro without hesitation.

RJ and his team just wrapped up the remodel of my master bathroom and it turned out beautiful. Communication before and during the project was great. We were kept well advised about what was happening and when. Questions received responses very quickly. The work done was top quality from demolition to the last piece installed. I will be hiring them for future projects that are being planned.

Where they could have put transitions at the doors, they trimmed the flooring precisely to leave a clean line. We started with a small remodel selecting RJ because of his references and amazing communication. We bid the job to 5 suppliers and RJâ s price was right in the middle, yet the quality demonstrated across his portfolio and references gave us extreme confidence that the price was fair - and we were right. He found punchlist items that I didnâ t see and wasnâ t happy until he personally came back to address each item. No chasing this supplier to complete the job! Further, he gave us his schedule, told us what to expect, and delivered against each of his commitments.
