The quality of work that Mark did on my kitchen floor far exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond in leveling and snugging up the sub-floor with expert framing skills. Gosh the floor not only has every squeak gone, but it feels solid as a rock. A floor, no matter how the product quality, is only as good as the structure underneath. Mark has skills and knowledge of the entire flooring structure - definitely something you want to have in a floor installer. His attention to detail was incredible. He left no stone unturned in producing almost a floor work of art. A true craftsman who takes great pride in his work. Mark was great! Very reasonably priced and we couldn t be happier with our floors. He did all the work himself and was prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and clean (he always cleaned up at the end of the day). Our project took about 4 1/2 days and with the exception of one late start day (which we knew about) Mark was at our home early each day and worked hard and non stop ALL day! Our floors are beautiful and we are grateful to have found Mark!

Mark was hired to fix another installer's issues. He came in knew exactly what was wrong and went right to work. Mark did extra work that was not in the original bid. but stayed with the original price.

Mark did a lot of extra things that made for a very profesinol job. I would get him again .

Mark did a wonderful job. His attention to detail, his communication skills were great, and was flexible working with us as sometimes changes happen mid project. Just be patient with timing, he is a one man show. Well worth the wait! I would hire him again.

Mark has great communication and organization. Very Punctual, advised things as he was installing the flooring. He would take the extra time make sure there was going to future complications. Overall excellent experience. Would highly recommend Mark to anyone.

Mark was very professional and really knew what he was doing. He installed my laminate flooring with all transitions and molding and is was beautifully done!

Mark was great! I requested a bid same day and he was able to accommodate. He showed up on time, answered all my questions, had flooring samples ready and wrote up my bid before he left. He worked my job into his schedule sooner than expected, which was very much appreciated. He showed up to do the work on time, kept me updated with pictures through the process, installed all new laminate flooring and baseboard trim. He did a quality job in a professional manner, and did everything exactly how I asked. He left the job site clean and tidy. I would use Mark again for any future flooring jobs and will recommend him to anyone needing new floors.

Mark went above and beyond our expectations. We had several areas with dry rot and he replaced the sub flooring at no extra charge! He also did excellent work installing the transition pieces. Mark even rented a sander to sand some uneven surfaces. He hauled away all debris leftovers, vacuumed and swept the floors. All the underlay, laminate hardwood and baseboard were installed perfectly. He has a great work ethic and didn't even take breaks. Excellent communication and customer service skills. We highly recommend him to anyone.

Outstanding Job, Would hire again

I’ve had a lot of contractors in and out over the last 9 months and Mark is the first and only contractor I’ve worked with that arrived on time, started and finished the job when he said he would, did a great job with the requested project and was just outstanding! I will definitely use him again and refer him to everyone I know. I can’t say enough nice things about him. I wish I’d found him before having to deal with everyone else first!!
