My tenant bought a house and moved. They left the hardwood floors dirty with all kinds of stains and with a lot of deep scratches. I was worried that a major refinishing would be expensive, would take some time, and would force me to postpone the move-in time of the new tenant. I called Pomona and Sean the owner came. I explained the situation and the new tenant moving-in date. He recognized that I was very worried and said, â Iâ ll take care of itâ . He told me he and one of his crew would come some evenings after their regular hours and get it done on time for the new tenant to move in. Then I asked what the cost would be, expecting a big number. I couldnâ t believe how reasonable the amount he quoted me was. I gave him the key and shook hands. Probably one of the best experiences I have ever had with a flooring company. The owner and his crew are true professionals, experienced and knowledgeable. My wife loved how clean their work was. They left our place impeccable. The price was right and reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

They did a wonderful job. Ahead of schedule and below budget. They were able to restore our existing floors to a better condition than new. We will 100% use them again.
