"I had an old Canary yellow cast-iron tub, and replaced it for a beautiful new, safe, walk-in shower with some extra goodies. I felt the seamless one piece, water tight wall was a huge benefit and no caulking in the corners. The installer, Sang, was very enjoyable and did a fantastic job. "My wife and I had been planning and hoping for a kitchen remodel for the entire 34 years we have lived in our home, and now it was finally time to get it done.  We were quite excited.  In the interest of clarity here, we wanted a complete replacement of our old existing cabinets with something beautiful that would not be outdated in 10 years, we wanted new quartz counter tops, a new sink and fixtures, a new dishwasher and stove hood and a new island in the middle of the kitchen with custom cutting boards and bookshelves for cookbooks, etc.  .  We did not replace the refrigerator or stove, and our existing tile floor is only 4 years old so we worked our color selections around that.  We visited both the Gresham and Airport Way locations during our remodel selections.
After contacting over a half dozen kitchen re-modelers, and actually interviewing 3 of them, we settled on Kitchen Concepts. The first words out of the mouths of the other two candidates were warnings that it might be difficult to complete the job on our budget, the insinuation being that to get what we had in mind would require much more money than what we had to work with. This was especially distressing as we hadn't even gone into detailed discussions with them about what we hoped to have done.   Dave Warren, the owner of Kitchen Concepts, came out to our place a few days later to actually measure and discuss our plans.  We immediately felt comfortable.  Dave was not only very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and experienced, but he contributed many imaginative ideas and options to our original plan that we hadn't previously thought about or considered.   Rather than trying to up sell us, he also assured us that barring any sort of major surprise or problem behind our walls, etc, (which we understood) we would be able to get what we wanted, plus his suggestions, and within our budget.
This kind of job required a Kitchen Concepts partnership with a solid and reliable contractor, and Dave has partnered with Division 6 Contracting.  Matt from Division 6 coordinated the subcontractors to include not only his own crew (thanks to Mark, Adam and Kevin!)  for demolition, install,  woodwork, backsplash, etc, but also the electrician, plumber, dry wall and painting.  Every single subcontractor showed up on time, did top drawer work and cleaned up properly after themselves.  Adam and Kevin especially worked the extra mile to professionally accommodate any of our ?special? requests and questions and Mark?s complete attention to our last minute ?checklist? earned him a spot at the dinner table for homemade goulash.  
No job of this size and scope is without its ?hiccups? and we had a few but the question is not whether you might run into an issue during a remodel that uses so many workers, but how the problem(s) are handled when they arise.  Without a doubt these things were handled quickly, professionally and in a cheerful manner by everyone involved, no questions asked.    In the end, we came in VERY close to our budget, the job was done a few days earlier than we?d expected, and our cabinets, countertops, walls and backsplash are beyond stunning.  
Two thumbs up to Dave Warren, Matt, Mark and crew.  We are so pleased and thrilled with our new kitchen and we know we will be for years to come.
