"This project was a MAJOR REMODEL/ADDITION to an older home. Total square footage of 2460. Home Advisor did not give me the option to fully describe the work completed. Luke and his team were absolutely great to work with. Very professional, quality work. They treat your home like it is there home and they are smart. They do the work the right way the first time. I've worked with many GCs and subs over the years and will tell you that Deep Roots is the very best. The house was essentially gutted and 700 sf was added. It is beautiful and exceeds my expectations in terms of quality, functioality and livability. Luke regularly provided ideas for solutions to problems or different ways of approaching work - very helpful. Luke has a good design eye. The carpentry work was excellent. I would highly recommend Luke for your project . I've attached a few photos of the kitchen, dining room and master bath. Unfortunately, I don't have photos of the beautiful, two-level deck."

"The project that we undertook with R3 was rather large. Jim and Keenan replaced all of our flooring throughout the house, tile in the bathrooms and laundry then vinyl plank everywhere else to replace old carpet. They demo'd a pantry in our kitchen and set new cabinets, then worked with the subcontractor to coordinate the installation of new countertops. Then finally, they built us a custom tiled shower in our master bath. R3 managed all of the required permitting and inspections and provided all the key documentation throughout the process. Also, the subcontractors that Jim recommended or brought in to perform work did good quality work. Overall we are happy with the work. Jim and Keenan were easy to work with. We are remodeling rookies and they were communicative and willing to work through issues/questions throughout the process. We had some minor miscommunications and re-work that were required during the build, which can be difficult from the customer and contractor perspective. In these cases, Jim and Keenan were forthcoming and willing to accommodate our concerns and we worked through any issues quickly. Ultimately the work quality is very good and we love our new house!"

COMMITMENT TO QUALITY

We are thankful for the referral to Jim Fisher of Billionfold Paint Co.  We originally hired him to paint the interior of our recently acquired Sunriver condo which was built in 1971. He helped us with so much more than paint. He was like having 5 contractors in one.  If he could not do something, he found us someone who could.  We used him, or one of his associates, to paint the entire interior of our condo ( including stripping an extensive stubborn wallpaper border), installing all new flooring (tile), new granite tile countertops in kitchen and bathroom, refinished older louvre closet doors, constructing an original wood frame for a mirror in the entry that matched the trim on the front door, installed new bathroom exhaust fans, installed a new dining chandelier, shoveled snow from our roof, etc, etc.  We appreciated his design opinion.  He had excellent follow up. He was meticulous.  After any of his associates worked in our condo he inspected every detail. If he felt that one of his associates missed even a minor detail, he insisted on making it perfect. Besides the fact that his work was excellent and reasonably priced, he was trustworthy, reliable, extremely punctual, and after working in our condo, he left it cleaner than when he started!  His associates were clean and polite.  He responded quickly to emails and phone calls. You truly to not find contractors with this much integrity anymore. Jim Fisher is one in a "billion".

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Absolutely! You can tailor the design to meet your specific needs and preferences. Whether it's adding amenities, adjusting dimensions, or choosing different materials, customizing your storm shelter ensures it suits your family's requirements and offers the utmost comfort and safety during severe weather. So go ahead and create a shelter that perfectly fits your unique needs!

It usually takes around four to six months to build and install a modular home, although your timeline could go up to around eight months if there are delays in the manufacturing or permitting process. Heavy site preparation and foundation pouring can extend that timeline if you need them, as can customizations you want for your modular home. Your modular home company should be able to provide an estimate for the construction timeline before you sign any contracts or agree to any work.

Designs typically take 2-6 months, depending on factoring, project size, and customization needs. Larger or more complex designs may require additional time for approval and revisions.

The country's most famous Neoclassical architecture appears in major government buildings and college campuses. The White House is unmistakably the most famous example, though the Capitol Building and Thomas Jefferson's Monticello are also iconic uses of the design.

Aging-in-place universal design features can make your home more comfortable for family members who are older or have disabilities; they can also make your home safer. In addition, adding a universal-design bathroom can boost your home’s overall resale value.
