This guy was able to explain to me what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it while my curious cats were climbing all over him and my five year old was up his butt telling him stories and trying to help with his kid tools. The installation of my EV Ford Pro Charging Station was seamless, and they even returned the next day to ensure everything was running smoothly. Beyond the install, they have been handling coordination with the city for inspection, giving me full confidence they will see this project through to the finish line. On a personal level, having them in my home was a great experience. With two kids, a dog, and three cats ?not to mention the usual household obstacles? they worked safely, respectfully, and left our space even better than they found it.
