I recently left the union as a journeyman carpenter and superintendent. I built custom homes in my 20’s after graduating from college with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Before college I worked in all phases of construction from concrete and framing to finish work. "They had to come back to repair a couple of the leaks they had previously repaired. This time it was the owner who showed up.This time he stated that we needed a new roof at a pretty considerable cost.I think it wad probably a fair estimate but unable to afford it at this time."
