"I am extremely happy and well-please with Max performance. I would and will hire her in other projects. She is very professional. Sincerely yours, Linda Caughell"

"Truly one of the most professional and hard-working contractors I have seen. They have been very thorough with the job, the preparation to paint on our old house that has been needing a new coat of paint for a long time has been extensive and most certainly not haphazard. There are so many different places where the wood has rotted out and they continue to take that all out and replace where needed like a professional job should be done. I have seen many contractors brush these types of things over due to the extra amount of work it takes, but that is not these guys. This company will make sure a job is done right! On a personal note, I also have a baby I need to put down for a nap each day, and they have been so understanding to work on the other side of the house and keep quiet until my baby wakes up. HUGE thank you to this company and their skill, professionalism, and positive attitudes."

"Very well and very professional. I would hire them any day of the week."

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"Outstanding! Gutters were cleaned thoroughly , even retrieved some Xmas light clips. Cleared debris off the roof as well. Great job! I'd recommend their service to anyone I know."

"I changed my mind decided I needed to keep the money in the bank rather than to spend it on materials for the deck. But Jeff was excellent, and basically agreed to do everything I want it done. I just decided this morning I can't afford to have it done."

"Came out within an hour of calling- gave a fair estimate which my insurance company accepted. Did an excellent job completing my ceiling/roof issues in a timely manner! Very friendly and professional! Highly recommend!"

"The vendor scheduled the appointment, the crew showed up on time to review my roof maintenance requirements. Upon arrival they noticed my roof was a tile roof so they called John Jones who spoke to me and said they do not work on these types of roofs, apologized and offered to try and find someone else to honor the request. He indicated that he would contact Angie's list and clarify the Big Deal offer."

"We used Dry Creek Construction Out of Eagle Point Oregon who came highly recommended I’m Pleased to say Derek Hill an his team paint the interior – walls, ceilings, and kitchen cabinets) of our new house. They came out and did an estimate (which I found quite reasonable), and got us on their schedule really quickly, especially considering all of the delays and backlogs in the construction/ home improvement industry right now. I highly recommend Dry Creek Construction for their professionalism, quick communication, execution, skill, and affordable pricing! I am very impressed with this company, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Trustworthy and hard working. Already using for another project."
