They were replacing my flat roof, with tear off and with a new product I insisted be used. They jumped right in and learned what was needed and my completed roof looks fantastic!!! I also added a new skylight, solar tube and hood vent to go with the removal and replacement of two other skylights. My husband ask Mr. Randolph about a few other add on and they were able to get everything done in a very timely manner. "Truly one of the most professional and hard-working contractors I have seen. They have been very thorough with the job, the preparation to paint on our old house that has been needing a new coat of paint for a long time has been extensive and most certainly not haphazard. There are so many different places where the wood has rotted out and they continue to take that all out and replace where needed like a professional job should be done. I have seen many contractors brush these types of things over due to the extra amount of work it takes, but that is not these guys. This company will make sure a job is done right! On a personal note, I also have a baby I need to put down for a nap each day, and they have been so understanding to work on the other side of the house and keep quiet until my baby wakes up. "Chris was referred to me from a friend who he done work for. We were under tight time frame to get facia repaired from Home inspection to close sale on the house. Chris went to the house sent pictures of work needed to be done and provided a quote that evening that was lower than 2 others. Did the work on Labor day ,9/4/23 in one day and did the job correctly, replacing sheet of plywood and new roofing plus facia, trim and painting. Sent me pictures of final work. We live on Eugene, OR and rental was in North Bend. Chris was great to work with, would highly recommend him."

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
