"We hired OnPoint Construction to upgrade our rental property. They responded promptly when called for an estimate. They discussed with us the pros and cons of every decision about products and materials. The estimate was free, and included a detailed description of everything that was included and it called out items that were excluded. Their estimate was not the cheapest, but we picked them to do the job because we recognized the value of having someone that would get the job done right faster.
