If they are fast and do excellent work, even better. 323 Construction is all that and more. They really care that customers are happy and that their work is done at the highest level. 323 Construction took our entire old 70's home, with floors and ceilings falling through, and turned it into a modern showcase. Things weren't just pasted over with stuff that will fall off and real problems exposed later. No, 323 investigated any suspicious thing they found during demo and made sure the infrastructure behind all the beautiful things they put in was solid and safe for your family. 323 uncovered major electrical problems, structural issues and all kinds of problems that were easy to fix while the walls were open but would have caused huge problems (and massive expenses) later if an uncaring contractor had just pasted over them and not had the courage to call me and say it was going to be a tiny bit more to keep my kids from potentially being electrocuted in their own shower. "Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
